I work in a cross-functional data team alongside analysts, developers, data engineers, and prompt engineers — taking business requirements and CRM data through to production datasets, internal tools, and Power BI reporting.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, datasets, and business logic in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Build Power BI reports from scratch and continuously extend existing reporting with new data, metrics, filters, and DAX measures.
- Prepare analytical datasets for internal services and evolving business processes.
- Investigate duplicate records, changing historical metrics, and issues in data-processing logic.
- Support data-driven internal services and implement functionality with other technical teams.
- Parse structured JSON results from automated reviews into reporting-ready data.
- Maintain database documentation and reduce complexity by reviewing legacy objects.

Automated Call Review
An internal system transcribes business calls and turns prompt-based automated reviews into structured JSON for quality control and reporting. I own the data and analytics layer: SQL preparation, changing review requirements, JSON parsing, and Power BI reporting.

Feature I designed
Call Re-review
I proposed and implemented a way for prompt engineers to launch a new call review directly from the internal interface, replacing a separate manual testing flow.
- Defined the data flow and prepared the dataset.
- Implemented the required data-side logic.
- Designed and assembled the page for the feature.

Bringing structure to production data
I reviewed an undocumented production database, identified obsolete objects, and removed unused tables and procedures while making the remaining infrastructure easier to understand and develop.

Internal database documentation
Alongside the cleanup, I maintain a dedicated internal documentation website. Its purpose is not simply to catalogue tables, but to make dependencies, sources, and business logic usable for the people building on the data.
